2- and 3-year-olds have tons of energy and their own ideas. Level 2 classes are all about exploring creativity and enhancing cognitive development through singing, dancing, and instrument play, while grownups learn how to help unpack big emotions with music.
Have a very independent toddler? Want them to be more independent? Level 2 classes give toddlers the opportunity to express their own ideas and creativity. They’ll learn new vocabulary, play instruments, and do things “their own way,” while making cognitive strides.

I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Music Education, which allowed me to transform the lives of school age children through music and movement for nearly 2 decades. When my 2 boys came into the scene, I discovered the fun that can come with making music with very young children, which is why I'm now teaching Kindermusik classes! I opened Kindermusik with Missy in 2017 and the rest is history! Kindermusik with Missy serves children from ages Birth through the Preschool years and has a beautiful studio in Historic Plaza Midwood. Our Kindermusik program is Charlotte’s longest-running Early Childhood Music program! In each of our Kindermusik classes, you’re welcomed into a playful and nurturing environment where your child will experience music of varying styles, genres, and cultures. They’ll interact with other children and engage in movement, rhythm, and vocal activities that develop far more than just music skills. Our approach to Early Childhood Education and Award-Winning, Research-Based, and Developmentally Appropriate Curricula prime children for success in school and in life. This is an ongoing monthly enrollment. Payment of $75 is drafted at the beginning of each month. Families who enroll mid-month pay a prorated amount. There is a 50% sibling discount for any class.
