Area Developer : International Opportunities

is an exciting time to be in Europe! Kindermusik International is looking to expand its international presence, especially in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Switzerland and the Scandinavian countries. We are actively looking for Area Developer Agents, who have the passion, talent and ability to make Kindermusik the #1 leading early childhood music program in their country. Each agent will be responsible for the growth of Kindermusik in his/ her own country, i.e. one agent per country.

The Area Developer should be fully acquainted with the Kindermusik program before taking on the assignment. It is important that he/ she know how to position the Kindermusik brand and identify the target markets in her country. A sound business and marketing knowledge are required, and will be fundamental in the growth and development of the program.

We are looking for a person who is self sufficient, confident, creative, and can work independently. The agent will be guided and supported by Kindermusik International and will receive monthly coaching, the opportunity to participate in an annual international training event (usually located in the US) as well as join a team of professionals from various countries around the globe.

Other responsibilities include:

• Marketing: manage a marketing budget, consumer brand recognition and positioning, lead generation, online advertising
• Annual business planning
• Recruiting prospective educators
• Local educator support and training
• Monthly calls and reports with KI
